My only word of caution is the fact that you're looking to buy a trailer that has already depreciated 3 years although it's brand new. We recently looked at a couple of brand new 07's on a dealer's lot and felt that they weren't discounting near enough to compensate for that depreciation in comparison to the cost of a new 2010 model.

Welcome, and while I can't help with a your specific trailer, let me throw a few things out. TIRES... what condition are they in? Nothing worse than a flat tire except 2 flat tires at the beginning of a camping trip, and only one spare. Plumbing, make sure you check it all very well, including taste test. Long time for antifeeze to be in those pipes. Test the refer, on gas and electric, one day each way. Test furnace and AC. Verify warranty coverage in writing, by the dealer, and who will cover something if the factory won't because of age. Check the awning carefully. Just had mine replaced under warranty because the fabric was separating. Did I mention tires? Check for signs of leaks, maybe even try to get to the trailer right after a rain storm. May need some re caulking. Who will repair? Several post about "no warranty" because owner failed to re caulk a seam or window. Also check the TIRES! Hope this helps. Make sure you get a new battery, and don't forget the tires.
