New to the forum from near Pittsburgh

Hi! This forum has been so helpful for me and my DH. Thank you for providing such forum and to those who participate in the discussions. It has been very informative.

In 2004, DH and I purchased our first TT (Keystone Springdale). We took it out maybe a total fo 15 times. It then sat and sat. In 2012, we had to give up the truck we towed it with and so it sat some more. This past June we made arrangements to borrow a truck to take the TT to a local campground an acquaintance of ours owns so that we could get it cleaned and ready to sell.

As we are trying to sell the camper, my DH, my daughter, and I had such a great time at the campground and asked if we could get a permanent site. Several weeks ago, my DH (6'2" 240lbs) said he was tired of trying to use the toilet and shower and if we were going to do this that he wanted a bigger camper. So on a whim, we placed our TT on Craigslist, and it sold in less than 24 hours and got the asking price. So we have a permanent spot but no camper. LOL! But lucky us, we found a camper we liked and found a layout that worked for the three of us. September 16th, we pick up a 2017 Salem Hemisphere 300BH.

I am so excited to get it and do some of the mods for the TT to make it just right for us. Thanks again for all the information and so sorry for the long story.

Congratulations on your new TT! We have a Hemisphere 263RL and love it. It is a different floor plan than yours, but our bathroom is roomy, which we like. Enjoy every minute you use it!!
