New to the forums but not to RVing

Hello All!!

Was browsing the forums and liked what I was reading so thought I would join!
I have been camping for MANY years. I remember, before my kids were born, seeing an old camper on the back of an old beat up Chevy pull in,and I thought to myself one day....

First "rig" was an old 79 Lionel tent tent trailer
Shortly after that I upgraded to an old 8' Scamper Camper which I remodeled..and loved
Then I bought a Time Capsule....a 23' Holidaire travel trailer...

Went through a "lifestyle change" and lost the camper and trailer...

Then I bought a old 9' Vangaurd camper that I renovated and flipped to purchase what I have now...a 1993 Skyline Nomad 5th wheel.

Since I am now a blended family of 2 13 year old girls, 2 15 year old boys, a 19 year old boy confined to a wheelchair with CP, my significant other, a Welsh and Airedale Terrier....I obviously needed something ALOT bigger.

So in two days I pick up the new rig, which has only been used once and I picked up for a song...
A 2009 Rockwood 8317SS. I am really excited to get EVERYONE out to enjoy the RV lifestyle!

Here she is sitting on the lot!

Look forward to hearing your stories...and sharing mine!
Cheers
Tim

Well she is home!

The kids are all so excited and so are we!

Heading out on our first trip for a week on Monday.

Looks like you need a bigger driveway! Looks pretty on the outside. Welcome to the family!
