New to the RVing world

Well we started with the Wildwood 29bhbs and now own a Sunseeker 3170DS. We love it. We recently picked it up from the dealer and they gave it to us with a full fresh water tank. Anyone know where I can drain the tank? I really don't need it full.

Look under the camper in the vicinity of where you fill the fw tank.
Hopefully someone with greater knowledge can help more !

Welcome. All 3 of my campers have had a screw-on cap on a drain under the fresh water tank. Look under the camper.

My first two rigs had a simple quarter turn valve on a small bracket near the frame to drain the fresh water tank. Sometimes they are on the side of a frame member and hard to see. Happy Camping!

Welcome to the forum, just open the shower, bathroom and kitchen faucets let them run and it will clean the gray tank and your driveway. (It's clean water) plus you'll try it all to see that it works.

Look for a couple small diameter (~1/2 inch) tubes below the area of your fresh water tank. One should have a valve or cap and the other should be open. The open one is a vent to prevent the tank from bursting if you leave the supply on too long. The one with the cap or valve is the drain to empty the tank and the one used to winterize your system.
