Hello to all from Ohio, great site with tons of information. Rockwood 2503S will be in our driveway next summer, so says my wife.

Sorry but I don't know what size hitch ball for the 2503s. You might try posting your question in the Rockwood forum. It would be a good way to meet some Rockwood owners and find out more about the unit you are interested in.
