I would still do all winterizing procedures and maintenance, even in a heated storage. Pop ups are fairly easy, drain water, blow out lines. I also like to rotate my tires, either by moving it, or jacking up and rotate by hand. Not sure if that really does any good or not, but it gives me peace of mind.
