New Trailer and New Here!

I've been reading these forums for a few months while doing my research. I want to thank all those that post. There was a lot of helpful info to read!

Pulled the trigger two weeks ago on a Surveyor 245BHS. We're a family of 4 with 10 year old twin boys.

We camp a lot local, but also take 6 weeks each summer to do longer trips. Last summer was 45 days and 6k miles with a 15' bunkhouse. Enough was enough, and we knew we were going larger before we even got home.

The list of new to us features is more than I can type, and we're looking forward to them all!

The inaugural trip will be end of March with 5 days on our favorite local lake spot. Can't wait.

Anyway, looking forward to participating here more in the future.

Trying photos for the first time. Here goes.

Thanks everyone. That's a warm welcome.

The weather is breaking here too!

It appears my floor-plan is new to the Surveyor line. I don't see hardly anything about it here.

Can anyone tell me what the hose is that sticks out of the refrigerator vent on the outside of the trailer? Looks like a drain line, but I see no drain inside the fridge.

Welcome from Sothern California.

That's the drain line for the fridge.

What Eric F said.
That line drains the condensate from the little drip tray under your refrigerator's aluminum fins inside the fridge to outside the trailer. Make sure it does not get pushed back behind the refrigerator access door, that it stays "outside". That way the water does not eventually cause mold and rot problems.
Enjoy the new rig and have fun.
