New TT owner

Hello all,
My wife and I sold our 2008 Jayco 1207 popup camper and purchased a 2013 Palomino Solaire 317BHSK Eclipse which we will pickup this Friday afternoon.

I have a couple of questions if anyone would like to answer:
- I am looking at a Hydroflush for the black tank but do not recall if the pipe goes straight to the black tank or not. I read that if it is not straight that a wand is a better solution. Is anyone familiar enough with the Solaire builds to comment on the drain?
- What kind of sanitation/pellets do you use in your black tank? I see the following that seem to have good ratings Walex TOI-91799 Porta-Pak Holding Tank Deodorizer, (Pack of 10) : Amazon.com : Automotive

Any other tips that you can offer would be great. I have been browsing the forum and taking notes on pulling tips, etc.

We picked up a new F-150 XLT Screw w/max tow last week to pull the new TT. Should be a fun adventure.

Thanks!

Instead of the HydroFlush or even a wand, I prefer a built-in tank finder like the Tornado Tank Rinser instead.

I like the idea behind that product, thanks for the input. I will have to look at the tanks this weekend and determine the effort involved. I am concerned about the complaints of lack of rotation on the head as well.
