New TT Owners

We are brand new to the trailer world. We will be going through our PDI next week. Any tips on what we should run through. How will we know everything works? We purchase a Cherokee Grey Wolf, 31 ft.

Hello, and to the forums. Hope you enjoy the stay, and learn a lot, and can teach others what you already know. Congrats on the new trailer.

Welcome, congrats on the new TT, they almost forgot to give us our manual crank for the slides so make sure you have one and they show you how to use it, you never know when a slide motor will stop working and you need to get the slide in to get home. Have fun!

A good PDI will cover most everything, but when you get going and either forget what they said or find something they didn't cover, like 'what is THAT switch for?' that's what the forum is for

Enjoy your new camper!!

New Newbie

Hi everyone,
We're new here, and to the camping world. Just ordered a Flagstaff Micro lite 21FBRS which we will tow with our Jeep liberty.
Thanks for the PDI checklist and plan on touching everything!! Some very good information here that I have used to question the dealer.

Check the tires for wear! I had to replace my tires after 1 year. I can't prove it, but I think the dealer put used tires on my NEW trailer!

Also, I saw on Utube a gal that video taped her complete walk through! I wish I had done that!
