New V Lite Owners in Texas

Delighted to be part of the FR family! We purchased a 2012 V Lite in July and despite the killer Texas summer have had a couple of outings so far. We've had a few of issues and some learning experiences, but overall we love our new "home" on wheels. We can't wait for cooler weather so that we can enjoy more of the wonderful Texas State Parks and actually spend time outside the TT!

We were very interested in getting a V-Lite. They looked like they were a lot of fun.

Enjoy the V-Lite and congrats! We have a new Windjammer and absolutely love it. Have several trips planned for the fall.

Hello my fellow Texan, we stopped camping in our Rockwood tent camper because of no a/c it was miserable. We bought our TT beginning of August, and 1 week later camped here on the gulf coast it was fabulous. Check out these two state parks local to us Stephen F Austin in Sealy TX, and Lake Texana Edna TX. Stephen is a little nicer, but the lake is a lake kinda with the drought. Happy Camping and congradulations on your V-Lite.

Congratulations. Where in Texas are you? I'm just up the road a bit from Houston. The heat is certainly a big deterrent for getting out. It is just miserable. And so dry and brown. Hopefully we'll get some rain and get back to some semblence of normal.

Happy trails!

Congrats on the new V-Lite, we have over 12,000 km on ours now and it is still the trailer we want to keep.
