New Wildwood owner in Colorado Springs

Hello, All,
I got tired of being cold early in the winter, so bought a Lance 17.5' 5th wheel, mounted the hitch in 20-degree weather, and went to Kino Bay, Mexico for two months. That was so enjoyable, I decided I'm gonna RV more, but I realized I needed something larger, even though my significant other is a terrier. There was no good place to sit and read.
While surfing RVs on eBay, I spotted a 2002 Forest River Wildwood M-27RKSS, located in the Kansas City area that was listed as being in good condition, except that the fridge was missing. Being as how I live on Wildwood Drive, I thought that maybe I should buy this rig, and proceded to do so.
It turned out to be sort of a pig in a poke, unfortunately. The seller bought it at a large auto auction, and sold it without even taking it out of the auction yard.
Anyway, I'll post the problems on the correct forums so as to seek advice on fixing them.
Hopefully, I'll be able to help others, as I have rebuilt the roof and rear wall, and complete interior on a (Toyota) RV. (My first advice is get a second job at McDonalds and save up enough to buy an RV with no water intrusion.)
Joe

Well welcome. You should enjoy yearly warm in the south when friends etc are at home freezing. Son just moved to Denver.
