New wildwood owners

Hi! We have been on the site for awhile, so I figured I should introduce myself.
We are from northern wisconsin and we are first time travel trailer owners. We have been tent camping up until this summer. We have three children and I think we were all sick of sleeping on the ground or getting wet. I was personally sick of loading and unloading a million things each time we went.
We bought a 2013 28DBUD. We pretty much like it. Way better then tenting it. Just noticing little things that enamored first time buyers seems to over look. But all in all things we can deal with.
Only had a few things go wrong and learned a lot about our dealer in the process. Haha!!
But the good news is we made it out 6 times this year compared to our usual 3ish.
I am in love with the quick set up! Just wish the gas prices would go down. Any further than a 3 1/2 hour trip from home and we have $200 in gas expense. Yikes.
Next summer we are going to stay closer to home. As for this year we have it all winterized and stored. Hoping for a mice free winter!!

welcome you have just made a lot of new friends who also think that camping is the best . Check out the page FROG - Forest River Owners Group for a list of upcoming rallys and such. But just remember not all are posted yet.
Congratulations and enjoy
