Of course.
In general, if there is anything that you you don't get answered to your satisfaction, make sure to get an answer before you move on to something else. So, for example, when the tech mentioned the manual operation of the slide, I asked about how to manually operate it. I got a vague answer and we moved on to something else. I meant to get a specific answer later, but it slipped my mind. I forgot that I never got an answer until miles after we had left (I still don't know how). Another example is checking the tire pressure of the inner set of rear tires. I got an answer that sounded reasonable, but bottom line, I still don't know how to check them.
Specifically, the two systems that I did not understand very well, and that I didn't realize that I didn't understand were plumbing and electrical. I had read as much as I could before getting to the dealer, but there were still unit specific details that eluded me. So, for example, the master electrical service switch, turns off most, but not all, of the electricity in the unit. I was able to get a copy of the electricity schematics (from the manufacturer, but not available from the dealer) so I think I understand it pretty well now, but it did took a call back to the dealer to find the 12v outlet that was live when the engine is off.
More problematic for me is the plumbing system. In theory, I understand the operation of the low point drain, but I still don't understand why no water comes out when I open the drains (my current guess is that it has to do with one way valves that need a bit of pressure to open).
One final question that I still have is about stabilizing the unit--is there a simple way to reduce sway when the unit is parked? Stabilizers seem like overkill.
My suggestion is to crawl around a similar unit and to imagine all that things that you might have to do. When you get to the dealer, ask all that questions (and insist on specific answers) to anything that is not obvious.
