Greetings from Southwest Missouri!,
Just got back from a trip near Shell Knob on Table Rock Lake. This is the last weekend before the Corps Of Engineers shut off the water at the campgrounds. Had a great time & can't wait until next spring! Here's a few pics of our site.

Welcome from Iowa, and to JohnandPandra, I guess were all in the same situation with the Corp campgrounds, at least here in the north. Ours close tomorrow morning.

Enjoy that new Surveyor!

We got our tt mid July but we've camped at Blue Springs state park, Soggy Bottoms in Cameron w/ atv trails, Basswood Resort east of Platte City and a CG north of Stanberry. All were very nice. Really enjoyed the short time we had camping this year. We will venture out a little further next year if we can.

The camp ground in Stanberry is privately owned. We were invited to stay by an owner. I think there is a CG around Maryville that I've heard about thats not too far from you. Eagleville might be another option for you(Eagle Ridge R-V Park). I know it's a little further but I've heard it's a nice place.
