Newb: Picking up my first fifth wheel toy hauler XLR Thunderbolt 300X12HP

I've been road racing motorcycles since 2004. I've owned a rail trailer, 16x7 box trailer, 19ft Keystone Tailgator and a McKenzie Dune Seeker 26 foot trailer. My wife started to take an interest in the sport and has her own motorcycle now and comes to all my races. She has requested the upgrade to a fifth wheel with a separate garage. The small misshaped bed in the Dune Seeker that for her to go to the bathroom in the night would require acrobatics to get over me and our two small dogs.

I hope you guys can show me the ropes ans help with any insights you might have as I get up to speed on caring for the new rig.

Thank you,
Zman
