Hello All,
Getting ready to show my Canadian wife a little of the United States. It's not easy to leave San Diego but someone has to do it. We bought a 2008 Cardinal 33' 5th wheeler and a Ram 2500 diesel. I'm retiring real soon as soon as I can get a hitch on the truck and a Reese sidewinder for the trailer. We were both chefs and will cooking in campsites across the country, if anyone smells something good stop by for a taste.

Welcome aboard. Now, you should PM your itinerary to me so I can see if you are going to be camping close to me.

I'm only asking you do this in private for your safety. It has nothing to do with wanting more food for myself.

Welcome! When you get to the east coast maybe we will meet up. The DW and I retire in about 5 years plan to live on the road for a few years. Have a great time.

Not sure yet, but I know my Webber and smokenator will fit in the truck. We have to pick the trailer up in Quartzite, Arizona then back to San Diego. I will posting food pics and locations when we get going, can't wait!

Thanks for the welcomes! I have so much cooking stuff, I am going to have to pick and choose. I have a couple beautiful Dutch ovens and my pretty new Webber 22" that does a great job. I did an overnight cook on a pork butt and the Q was at 226' in the morning, nine hrs and no pellets.
