Traded in a year old 'nother brand TT for a 2018 Wildwood X-Lite 273QBXL on Oct 26, 2017. We like the extra room as we are living in it while building. Strangely, this one has less storage than the 21 footer that we traded. But we'd planned on using the bunk room as an oversized closet, so not a big deal.
Not too happy with the apparent quality of various items. Almost every panel/panel cover is installed crookedly - lighting control center, converter panel, cover for the furnace, stereo.
And then we have the big problems:
-Refrigerator failed - "CHECK" light comes on, but we haven't lost power and it never shifts to gas; just doesn't work - already lost a load of food. Hit the button to restart and it may run 5 hours or 5 minutes.
-Water heater failed - won't light. And no, there are no dobbers building in it.
-Wall in the front bedroom area has buckled - looks like they never fastened the panel to the studs and it is coming apart at the taped seam.
We like the floor plan, but it is becoming more than a pain in the kiester. To get the broken stuff worked on we have to haul it back to the dealer, and then wait on approval, parts order, repair time. Meantime we are homeless, LOL! Needless to say, THE MAMA ain't happy, and that means ain't nobody happy!
Not sure what the solution is going to be, but the next step is to raise a little cain with the local dealer.
