Newbie from Indiana
Hello!
Just new to the forum and would like to say hi to everyone!!
I am a proud Father and Husband of a family of five, we have a 2001 Rockwood Roo 21 and we go camping just about every other weekend from the time the snow melts till it starts!!
I hope to get some answers to a few questions about my Roo, and to see what others are up to...
Thanks, Langley

Everyone knows where Osceola is; just east of Mishawaka on Lincoln Way East and north of Baugo Township!

Welcome! We're also Hoosiers - my husband by birth (Indianapolis), me by marriage. We're retired and haved lived in Florida for the past four years. It wasn't more than two hours ago that I said to him I would enjoy living in Indiana again - we both think it's too darn hot in Florida.

You should try NC or Tennessee. It's half way and the weather is great by comparison. In Indiana the winters are too cold and in Florida the summers are too hot. We've lived in both and prefer the mid south. Hard to beat.

bmg - interesting you should say that because the two places we've been looking at for a while are Knoxville, TN and Asheville, NC. My husband still has family in Indiana and we'd like to see them more often; however, I definitely agree that the winters are tough. (After Bloomington, IN we lived in Chicago and then Alaska so tough winters are not really what we want any more of!)

We have family and friends in both states. Go back and forth a lot. IMO TN is better because of no personal income tax and better state health care if either of those are a concern.
