Newbie from OH - anyone have a CC 34RE?

Hi folks! We are ready to sign on the dotted line to order a new Cedar Creek 34RE. Has anyone had any experiences with this coach?
We are currently replacing our Cameo Carriage with the CC and we have high expectations. Some ppl are warning me about the floor plan and that I'll regret not having the TV directly across from the chairs. Thoughts? We are opting for the lazy boys chairs instead of the theatre seating bc I'm only 5'3 and can't touch the floor on the theatre seats. So it seems we should be able to tilt the chairs toward the tv if need be. We don't watch a lot of tv unless it rains, or sometimes in the evening.
I'm looking forward to meeting you all!
Hugs!

By the way, we are dog travelers a you see by my avatar. If anyone wants to discuss camping with dogs that's one of my favorite topics or is there a place on the forum to discuss camping with pets? I'll look around and acquaint myself with the forum topics. Glad to be here!

Welcome! I am a Mountaineer, but I work in Buckeye country (S.E. Ohio). We camp with our little 15 lb dog.

Welcome from NE Arkansas....we have the Cedar Creek Silverback 33RL and have the theatre recliners with the TV directly across from the recliners....the only problem I'm having is, when I fully recline, I cannot see the TV......but discovered it was because my eyelids were closing....those things sure are comfortable for naps.....safe travels in your CC.

Thanks for the warm welcome

Jt you're a hoot! We ordered the recliners bc I'm only 5'3 and can't touch the floor. I'm like a little kid with my feet sticking up in the air. I'm looking forward to camping out with you all online.

Welcome to the forum, we have a CC silverback 29re, I think the floorplan lay out is similar to yours, although your coach is longer. We just pull the recliners around to view the TV, no big deal. The living area is easy to move around. And, as you said, watching TV isn't why you are out there! Hope to see you on the road.

29re?

Wow! I didn't know they made them shorter! Guess I had tunnel vision on the cc and didn't look much at the sb. My husband's main fear is that it's going to be too long of a coach because we're used to pulling a 32 and we can get into some pretty tight spots and he's said more than once I'm glad this isn't any longer. now with the 37 I know he's uneasy about that length.

3 campers back we had the tv on the rear wall and seating on the sides of the camper. Great for the very rare times we had company. The last 2 have the tv on a slide, theater seating facing and sofa at the rear. Much easier on the neck when watching ~~ or pretending to watch while dozing on the sofa. We don't watch much but the rear entertainment center took a 5er we really liked, especially sale price, out of my thoughts.
