Newbie from Southern Alberta

Hello from Crowsnest Pass.
While I am very computer literate, I am not very good at user/owner group forums, and trying to find my way around is sometimes daunting.
Enough of that.
Our previous (not yet sold) trailer is a Kamparoo. Imported from Australia and essentially a flip top tent, with just a queen bed. We did enjoy using it. (Kamparoo.com)
However, we felt the need for something a bit more solid with at least a stove and fridge. Concentrated on Aliner until we saw the Rockwood AFrames. Rockwood had more options that we had thought we wanted, much better quality interiors and a much better price. So we bought ourselves an A122. Picked this one because of the permanent bed. Just the two of us so it worked well.
Only one trip so far, but we will be heading out tomorrow for a couple of days free camping.
BTW. Rockwood A122

I have already found useful information on solar power kits and led lighting. I might even order the solar kit today.
This is a great site/forum full of all sorts of great information.

to the forums! It can a little bit of time to get used to the layout of a message website but its worth it in the end. Forum 101 and FAQ can be helpful in finding out where or how to do something. You can find the FAQ listed in one of the green banner towards the top of the page.

Like with many software programs there usually are more than one way to do a task. If you have questions please do ask.

Have fun on your trip. We would love to hear about it.

Southern Alberta, isn't that where the "Big Boned Gal" is from? (K D Lang song) Welcome to the forum and if you see the big boned gal, tell her I said HI.

K.D. is actually more from East Central AB. Won't be seeing her as I think she lives South of the 49th.

Its good to see some Albertans on the forum, I sure miss that province and sometimes get homesick, I am a former Albertan.
