Newbie in Florida

Thanks for the add,
Just got out first rv, forest river wildwood , haven't camped yet but I've been busy putting my own personal touch in it. Gonna get our feet wet first with some local campsites , Jerry park being first in our list since we live close .
Looking forward to this forum

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. run all your systems while backyard camping so you don't get surprised at the campsite.

Welcome from Kentucky!

We're newbies also and just had our first camping trip on April 1st. Have another one scheduled for this weekend.

Welcome to the forum. It's a great source of information. Have fun and enjoy your new camper!

Also check out Sebastian state park. It's not full hook up but it's another one I've heard is amazing. Oh I had a buddy send pics of Hanna Park campground in Jacksonville. It's a full hook up city park.

Welcome and congrats on your first RV. We are waiting for our new fiver to come off the line hopefully next week. Sounds like you live in or near Brevard County. We live in Merritt Island. There are a number of nice campgrounds near here. Check out campgroundreviews.com to see what others have said about them. By the way, there will be a FROG rally in Williston FL the end of September hosted by CampingGator. Registration should open up soon. Maybe we will see you there.

Thanks windjammer, yes we live in brevard very close to Merritt island, we just reserved Jetty park for a couple nights in May, hubbie doesn't want to venture to far our first time out so we're gonna try a few local spots, we practically live at the port anyway . Is there a place in the river there in MI? Someone told us there was

We have to get over there soon. We drove past there to go to camp Mack. Big disappointment.

There is a county park, Manatee Hammock. It is on the Indian River in Titusville. Never been there but you might check it out.
