Newbie with a GT5 36B

Hello All,

I am new to RVing and just purchased a GT5 36B. Trying to learn about everything in the RV as the manuals aren't that helpful. Any suggestions are welcomed. I know I will ask questions, like this one:

I cannot find the fresh water tank drain and I have 80 gallons of water in the tank. Any suggestions on where to find the drain valve?

Thanks
Rick

Does your rig look like this?

Around 4 minutes in they show where the fresh water drain is...

If it doesn't look like this.... nevermind.

Sounds like you had the usual crappy PDI. I'm guessing you'll be back with more questions. We'll be here to help.

Your drain will be underneath next to your fresh water tank vent. Blue pex with a cap on it. You most likely will have 4 drains underneath. 3 blue and 1 red. 1 of the Blue lines will be your tank drain.

I did locate them. Do you happen to know what the other tubes drain?

They are the low point drains for winterization.

Thank you, being new at this is frustrating at time because of the learning curve.

Feel free to ask me anything. I have the '16 model (364TS) of the 36B and have a fairly good knowledge of all systems.

Here's the link to the PDI checklist, which one should use when purchasing a rig:
