Newbie with Flagstaff 21DS

After years of tent camping, we will pick up our new Flagstaff 21DS later this week. We plan on mostly trips of 3-7 days for now (even shorter as we get the bugs out of the TT). Had a pop up camper 30 years ago, but just tent camping since then and eager to get going.

I've had great advice from SeaDog on making sure we have adequate towing capacity and in what to look for in a TT (which lead us to Forest River, which seems to have a good reputation for quality at this price point).

Would welcome advice for newbies.
