Newbies From North Florida

Hello we are a military family , and we are new to the RVing. We been looking to get information about the best options on forest rivers for RV. And tips. We looking for an RPOD182G but I think after checking them out they are kinda small for our family of 5 lol so we start looking on the pumas xle qbc17 and the Cherokee Pub BH. Hopefully we make our decisions soon since we trying to buy it in the next 2 month or before. We will appreciate the help, suggestions and tips. Thanks

Welcome from Wisconsin and thank you for your service. Take the whole family along when looking at campers and picture them all inside during rainy a day. That might put some perspective on size and occupation of space. Good luck and have fun during your search.

There's a saying on RV forums: Buy your second trailer first.
For a family of 5, make sure you get inside of the trailers you're considering and see how it feels.
Don't make a decision based on pictures.

Welcome to the forum. Do your home work on towing cap and tt weights. Don't let the salesman tell you your TV can handle a tt you may like. Maybe more than the TV can handle. Later RJD
