I agree, with the exception that this is OH and will most likely still be snowing with freezing temps well into April (at least at the rate we are going!).

Welcome from North Carolina. We camp all winter down here, but we have to be selective about the weather. It can be terrible one day, and like spring the next. Just a half day from you. Also, we often camp about 10 miles from home, just to get away. You are going to have a lot of fun and, yes, there will always be other campers who are very willing to help you if you need it, no matter what part of the country you are in.

And even if no one is around, there are always folks on this forum who will be quick to answer your questions. It is a great resource, even for seasoned campers. Relax and have fun.

Hey~~ Welcome! I see a few from OH, used to live there until I was able to leave the cold and snow for SE NC. No Mo Sno!

We took our last 5er from the dealer near home to Sarasota for the maiden voyage. Had a furnace problem and an email to Atwood had a tech at our door. For warranty and non-warranty problems on all appliances I prefer an authorized repair person that is NOT the dealer.

Any thoughts? Nashville? Chattanooga? Gatilinberg?
Lived in Hubbard OH for 5 years. On the way home from SEA they were going to take me to Wright-Pat until they figured I really might live and sent me to Andrews. Have a phobia about Dayton.....

Panama City or Panama City Beach? Just returned from Panama City Beach last week after spending 2 1/2 months there. Chattanooga will probably be the warmest of the other choices, have been to all in the last 2 years and you cannot go wrong.

We will be in Hocking Hill’s KOA week starting Memorial Day. Nice place and not far to see the sights in the area.
