Newby to Forest River k

It's been a long time since we camped and and travel trailers have changed a lot. Just picked up our 2016 Forest River - Salem Cruise Lite. 262bhxl. A whole lot more trailer then we ever owned before. Now we just have to figure out what to put it in before that first adventure. Looking forward to good times.

Welcome to the forum and camping . just make sure you have enough sewer lines , water hose and electric cable . A pad and pencil to make a list for your second trip that would be great . Good luck .

Thanks, for the welcome and all good points. Yes, already picked up a new sewer line and extra hoses. I suppose next is extra electrical. Last trailer I owned I didn't need a weight distribution hitch. Thank goodness the truck appears to be up to the job. Hopefully next week we can give it a break in.

Nice rig, that Ford will pull it just fine. We have a 2016 Surveyor 264RKS with a similar tow vehicle. Even loaded it is quite easy to tow. Hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy ours.
