Newer Rockwood A128 owners

After 25 years of tent camping with our motorcycle, we met a young couple last Fall at Devil's Tower who were pulling an ALINER. We thought it was the coolest thing on wheels (in our price range). We needed an hour and a half to get fully set up--tent, screen house, air mattress, etc.; their setup: 5 minutes. The next morning, similar times packing up. Mentally, we crossed a threshold then, I think.
In January we went to a sports and vacation show looking for an Aliner or Chalet dealer. There were none, but one long-time RV dealer was showing the A-type Rockwoods, which evidently the company just began making. The price was right, the build quality seemed good, so we bought the demo model.
Since then we've pulled it nearly 4000 miles and have had great fun with it. We head out for another 18-day trip on Sept. 5th.

We're looking forward to learning a lot on this forum.

Congrats on your new tt. Sounds like you are seasoned campers and will be able to share some experiences.

Post some pics if you get time.
