Hi Dwaynerz, I have a couple of friends I ride motorcycles wih that live in Bethalto. We like our old KZ1000's and love riding the backroads up around Jersey coujnty.

TroyT, my truck is a 2012 Chevy Z71 With a Z85 towing package. Has the 5.3/six speed auto, turning 3:42 gears. Also has the external transmission cooler. Factory says it's GVWR is 15000lbs, tongue weight IS 700lbs naked, 1100lbs with a WD HITCH. I don't plan on loading the trailer up to max capacity, but I am toying with the idea of putting my 450lb KZ1000 motorcycle in the bed. It's going to be me and my wife and our little pug dog. And of course a 60lb tool box, and some clothes and whatnot. Planning on running tanks empty, except for one of my gas bottles, and minimal groceries. Me, the wife and dog add up to about 340lbs, me being most of that of course.
