Old newbie

My wife and I just purchased a 2000 21; Rockwood Roo. We have had the "traditional" trailers for more than 25 years, Terry, Nomad etc. I thought we were done, but my wife decided otherwise.

We purchased our Roo from the original owner's grandson and from all we can see he really cared for the unit. I am curious to learn about maintenance related issues we should be aware of such as the roof, wheel bearings and other recommendations to make it last. It certainly isn't new chronologically speaking but it sure looks good so far.
