Oregon First Timer

We have looked and looked and we just decided to buy our first RV. We got a 2011 x-lite 26bhxl. I feel very nervous. I need to drive this thing. I don't know how to back it up. I am afraid of freezing the pipes. BUT... nothing ventured, nothing gained. I look forward to asking newbie questions, getting mocked a bit, but hopefully getting some good advice. Greetings from Oregon.

My advice to you is to go to a big parking lot like a school and practice backing up you will find its really not that hard to do drive it around the parking lot turn down the lanes try backing into a space. This unit should already be winterized this time of the year since you bought it new if it is not and you are not going to use it this winter make the dealer winterize it for you
