Our first successful trip on our own!

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I joined the FRF when we purchased our Surveyor 2 years ago. (Prior to that purchase, we had gone tent camping a few times.) Due to some extenuating circumstances we were not able to use it much (went only once, with my father along to help). We finally took it out last week and I had a blast. I'm looking forward to meeting folks here on the forum, and of course I'll be asking a lot of questions because we are new at this.
So here's my first question: is there a way we can purchase and mount a TV on our own and not take it to the dealer? We have a 2009 Surveyor 291 which has an entertainment center at the foot of the queen bed. The cabinet rotates, and there is a mirror on the other side. Would love suggestions on which mounting bracket to buy, and the best way to mount it.

thanks in advance...and my three year old says, "Mommy, go camping again!"

to the forum !!

You should be able to mount a TV by yourself. My Surveyor did not come with a TV, but it has 1 now.

A couple of photos of the area that you want to mount the TV will give the members here some ideas to help you with your project.

Here is how I mounted my TV:

Sounds like you got off to kind of a slow start, but glad you had a good time.

Mor/ryde has some TV mounts:

Depending on the size of the TV CW sells a locking wall mount with swing arm for about $60. I think it good for up to 26 inch TV.
