Red face Our First TT (Flagstaff 831 KRSS)

Hello to everyone, I think I may have set a record for most posts read in one day since I found this site. We have just purchased a brand new Flagstaff 831 KRSS after about a year of looking at many TT's. I am a little worried now about the concertone issues, but I hope maybe we will get lucky with that. Also I am all of a sudden freaking out that the center entertainment "wall" was a bad choice, as many seem to like the corner tv better for total viewing. I think I am going to use the bracket from the center tv to mount a flat screen in the bedroom and remove the shelf in the bedroom, I can then buy a arm type mount for the main tv which will allow for a slight rotation toward the slide wall so all can see it when seated on couch.

I am looking for a little input on this issue/idea, or just to meet up with anyone who has this TT so I can bounce some questions off them. We also decided on the rear couch as it gives more room in the bedroom when not being used for sleeping by our kids.

It is tough even with all the research I did to feel that you are making a good decision when you read some posts that talk of bad experiences.

Any input or comments area appreciated. BTW we pick up our TT on Wed.

Thanks, Frank

Congrats! We are very close to our purchase of the 831QBSS and I sat in your version at the Greensboro NC RV show and they had the TV running in the center and I had no problem from viewing at the couch. We will not get a TV in the bedroom as I am not that big into TV's, hopefully mother nature will ware my three boys out. Congrats on the new TT, it makes me excited to get mine. What tow hitch brand did you go with?

What issues are you worried about Wildwood? Just in case it happens to be one of the issues I spent hours thinking about too! he he...

All in all I am very happy so far, but each little issue at first seems to freak me out, then I cool off and think about the pros and cons of whatever it is, and it seems to work out.

Good luck, Frank

I havent picked up the new TT yet. I cannot offer any comments yet.

I have only been hearing discussions on other forums. I have heard a lot on the Carlisle tire issues. I want to be fair. I have heard good input also and hopefully most things seem to be remedied fairlly easily. I think it is a good layout and value for our purchase price. What do they call it "buyers remourse", I guess we all experience it. We really like the layout and looking forward to using it when we can.

I look forward to hearing about your experiences.
