My wife and I have been lurking here for almost 2 months and feel like we are already part of a great family. We are going to Hershey on Tuesday and will be in line when gates open on Wednesday. Buy the end of next week we should be FR "lite" 5th wheel owners.

We have several FR divisions/brands that we would like to see up close and personal but can't imagine seeing us in anything but a FR product. The reports from the 2013 Goshen rally have us believing in FR as a company.

This site is incredible with the amount of knowledgeable people on here willing to share all they know or have learned through trial & error. I'm sure we will call on you often.

I was a tractor-trailer driver for over 20 years, and for 35 years my wife has been working in Cardiac Surgery/Research at the Cleveland Clinic. But our love of animals had us starting a boarding kennel in 1994. In 2003 I made this my full time job.

Our TV is a 2013 F150 Eco-Boost Super Crew 4x4 w/6.5' bed & both Max Tow & HD Payload packages. Available payload is 2162. I'm sure we will find something that will work with our current TV. As I have read on this forum, buy your TV for your next RV not your current one.

Again, thanks for all the info we have gathered in the last 52 days.

to the forum. I'm glad you found it. You are absolutely correct that there are a lot of knowledgeable, friendly folks on here who are more than willing to share experiences with you.

What you heard about Goshen was true, only moreso, You really had to have been there to experience it. Forest River builds great products - a tour of any of the factories will bear this out - but they are, after all, human, and mistakes do happen. But what they did in terms of customer satisfaction at Goshen was beyond what I have ever seen any company do.

We're on our second FR travel trailer in two years...not because there was anything wrong with the first one, but because we liked it so much, we wanted a bigger one build to our specs (the first one was purchased from the dealer's inventory.) We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good luck with your search for your perfect RV, and come back here often, and

Welcome and have fun at Hershey but be careful as it can be overwhelming. I will be there almost every day but plan to wear my FROG Rally t shirt there on Sat as support ( and maybe get a better deal) for them, just stop me and introduce yourself to another member.
Also start planning NOW to attend the rally next year you will not be disappointed

That is on the radar if we can get away from the kennel. We plan to shut down mid Sept.-mid Oct. and go west to Yellowstone/Jackson Hole and Glacier NP.
