Smile Pick up new Sunseeker in 1 week!!

Ahhhh, after 6 weeks of waiting, the time is almost here to pick up our new Sunseeker 3170 from Elkhart. I've been a camper all my life..grew up tenting, got married and in 1996 "moved up" to a 1967 Cox pop up. Then got a '97 Jayco Eagle TT, moved on to an '85 Minnie Winne, then a 2000 Coachmen Catalina Sport and now onto the Sunseeker. We have 5 children so we loved all of the sleeping room and playing room in this floorplan.

Quick question as we proceed with paperwork....we bought through RV Direct and we're wondering if the extra warranty is worth it...or is the FR and warranty on the appliances enough?

Thanks!
Laura

Congrats on the new camper and welcome to the forum. Never did buy the extra warranty but I have seen it said many times that you should take that money and put it in an account somewhere so you could use it to make any repairs and probably still come out ahead. I have seen posts where some have needed it and many where it wasn't. It's a roll of the dice either way.
Hope you and the family have many fun and trouble free trips!!
