Thanks everyone. Iggy, thanks for that checklist. My first trailer and have never camped in anything other than a tent. Toilet paper, check. Burgers, check.

Congrats on your new toy! If you have manual jacks, you might want to carry a drill with a socket adapter. It can really cut down on the amount of time it takes to set up. Have fun!

Thanks for the tip on the socket. I saw one on amazon. Think I'll order it right now.

Forgot to bring a level, but a helpful neighbor saved the day. Great first trip. We've pretty much plotted out our trips for the rest of the summer. F

Welcome NOLA! Newbie here too.

NOLA as in Nawlins?

Someone mentioned Angel Soft TP. SO, I was a sucker and bought the expensive "bio degrade" stuff and don't need it?

Finally getting a moment to put a pick of the TT up. On the maiden voyage, I pulled over to get cash for the southbound Causeway bridge toll, and I was followed into the parking lot by a guy who just had to check out the trailer. He was surprised I was towing it with a Tahoe. He had an Avalanche of the same body style. He said it was a nice "Pull." Guess I'm not the only one that loves the look and pull of my TT. Well, on the other hand, $12 for the southbound Causeway bridge with a TT, I don't think anybody would enjoy pulling anything on that span. I'll go around from now on.

Welcome, hope you enjoy. I also pulled my Lacrosse 318 with a Tahoe, was fun. But graduated up to a new truck last month.
