I would check with your insurance company. Have the trailer professionally cleaned and have all items that can not be cleaned replaced.

If you do tackle it yourself Petco has a product called "Poop Off" made for cleaning up after birds and getting stains out from birds. Also make sure to wear a mask and gloves and googles as birds can carry some serious diseases in their poop. Lived in the city once and has to deal with pigeon poop. Never ever leave your car window open.

x2. I had a patient once who was on every life support possible from a small scratch she incurred cleaning out a wild bird cage in her yard. Multi-organ failure.
Get it professionally done, bill your insurance.
