question about sandpiper 32qbbs

Hi everyone, I just bought my first fifth wheel camper a 2012 sandpiper 32qbbs. Previous owner gave us all the manuals that came with it but not very helpful at all. The closest forest river dealer is 1 1/2 hours away so I can't just hop in truck and go talk to salesman about how things work. I have have rocker switch at main panel that says blk1 and blk2 with arrow going down to test button you push in to check level. tank 1 shows full 2 shows empty I only have 1 lever on outside to drain black water tank and 2 to drain grey water tanks. Am I missing something (is there actually 2 black water tanks) or is sensor bad showing how much is in the tank? also is there any way to make draining fresh water tank simpler than crawling under camper and unscrewing a cap (if I am doing it right). Thanks for any info anyone can give me!

The panels are generic and can be used for different models. On mine I have the same panel and only 1 black tank but I also have a second valve handle near the rear of my trailer which is marked as a black water valve, not sure what it is for possibly from the washer drain.

You should only have 2 black tanks if you have 2 toilets. If you do have a second bathroom there will be a second black water handle probably towards the rear. That is how mine is set up. Also if the sensor is not reading correctly I understand you can dump ice down the toilet before you start out on the road and will clean off the sensor. I have not had to do this yet so not sure how well it works.

I only have 1 bathroom so I would guess only 1 black water tank, my panel has a couple of spots that are labeled but not used, that's why I was surprised there would be an actual switch between blk 1 and blk2. Maybe I only have 1 black water tank since there is only 1 lever for black water and 2 for grey (I crawled under it and that's all I saw). Thanks for all the input I appreciate any help I can get.
