refrigerator question

I like to leave my refrigerator running while parked(stored) at home. My motor home is a 2011 Georgetown. The M.H. is plugged in to AC at this time. The refrigerator only has an on and off switch. I prefer to have it run on AC rather than gas. It seems to prefer gas. Other than turning off the gas how can I keep it running on AC.

It should ALWAYS run on AC if it is available. The only time gas should fire up is if you lose AC to the fridge. Check your circuit breakers.
