Reliving the years

I just got the wife and kids into the trailer life. When I was a kid (several decades ago) my parents had a 17' Prowler that we went around the nation in. Now, we have a 26' Grey Wolf that I will do the same with my family. Hopefully we will make the same memories I am fond of. First trip was to a campground in Kerrville and it was great. Next is to Goose Island State Park near Rockport, Texas. My plan is to travel at least twice a month on weekends.

In that area I highly reccomend Mckinney Falls state park, Bastrop State Park, and Pioneer RV Resort in Port A.

Bastrop is on my list, along with Pedernales Falls. This fall, we are doing a longer trip, but have not decided on a direction.

Tyler State Park is great... So is Palestine SP, with the Texas State RR.

If you are needing an overnight area when you are passing through up here, then Fort Richardson SP in Jacksboro is awesome. Highly underrated SP.
