Rockwood 5th wheel slide out question

Howdy folks, newby here with a question. Just bought an '05 5th wheel with slide. Seems slide extended too far out and dropped below the plastic rail that runs just under the leading edge of the slide when extended. Obviously previous owner had problems here as about half of this rail has been replaced with "non-matching" piece. Where can I find this piece? A local rv repairman said he has never seen a slide with this rail. Said all he has seen the slide rides in on the carpet of the main coach floor. There is a metal transition that goes from the edge of the carpet and slopes down under the slide. Any advice appreciated.
