Coates is a good dealership; about 15 miles north of us. I agree that there are many fine family dealerships around. We've had great service and attention from our dealer; Shorewood RV.

As I am in the middle of waiting to close on my camper the second time around, as the first time around did not go as planned with RVW, if I had to do it over again, I would stick closer to home if possible. Not always feasible to do that I know. They try to provide customer service, but they are a high volume, fast paced dealership. It's when something goes wrong that, in my opinion, you can fall through the cracks. Since I am not done with closing our deal, I am going to stay open minded and give them the benefit of the doubt, but that has been my experience up until this point.
