S Texas Newbie

Greeting to all!!! My wife and I were married on Saturday then took delivery of our Flagstaff 26RLWS on Monday then immediately departed on our maiden voyage/honeymoon. Owning a TT was a mutually-held dream and decided that we wanted to start our marriage in a TT. We traveled from S TX to Kerrville and camped nearly a week at Guadalupe River RV Resort during one of the coldest periods this season. We learned a lot about our unit including running out of propane and the oversights the dealer left us with to figure an unplugged refrigerator thus it was running on propane. Not a big deal but we needed every drop of propane. Needless to say we have spent 10 nights in our RV within the first month and have travels planned practically every month including TX FROG (in Kerrville). We have already participated in many forum conversations and gave gained much knowledge (to boot)!

Thank you and we look forward to remaining a contributing member.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about the dealer dropping the ball but hopefully everything is taken care of and you can just relax & enjoy the new RV. The good part about things not going as planned is those experiences can make for good story telling while sitting around the campfire down the road in time.

Great choice for "Living within my means" and camping for one...
