Salem Trailer Brake Light Covers

Seems that the brake light covers on our new Salem trailer have some sort of factory "goo" sealing the light cover on the fixture. Can anyone give a newbie help on how to remove these covers without breaking them? I'm sure removal includes pushing in on the side tabs of the cover but the cover wont budge. I just want to see the bulb so I can get a spare or two for the road in case one goes out. Thanks!

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in welcoming you to the forums. I'm not sure how to remove the cover but it doesn't hurt to have a spare bulb. Maybe your service department can help.

And congrats on your Salem trailer too! Hope you enjoy your unit as much as I have mine.
