We are first time owners, we purchased a 2011 31 bkhss a month ago. We do not plan on traveling with it, but have it parked in a permanent spot at a local park/lake. We like to travel, but if we decide to pull then we will need to get a larger SUV/truck. So, at this point, when we travel the wife and I will stay at hotels with hot tubs

Although we have never been owners, we have several family members that have been camping for several years. The parents just purchased a new Open Range, it's one of the prettiest trailers I have ever seen.
