Slide out seal question.

I have a 2016 Micro Lite 19 FBRS which I bought new last season. I was applying some 303 Protectant to the seals and when I got underneath the slide out to do the seal there, I found a sag in the seal roughly 5 inches long on the right side. It looks to me like the ends of this seal are stapled inside the right corner. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I can put my hand right through to the inside of my trailer. I'm not sure the best way to tighten this up. I'm not sure I can pull the seal tighter and fasten it any better than where it is sealed now. Kind of a small tight area to get in to. Do I unstaple the end and cut a little of the end so it can lay flat?

Here is a pic.
