Sloppy Window Caulking

We recently purchased our second Forest River travel trailer, a 2009 Cherokee 25KS. We were so impressed with the high quality workmanship and construction of our first camper, a 2005 Forest River Wildwood, that we didn't even worry about checking on all the little details. Once home, we noticed that all the exterior windows have horrible caulking, including long drips and oozing. The rest of the camper is in perfect shape. Help! Click image for larger version

That could very well be the result of the previous owner, NOT Forest River.
