To date the list is minor. One of the gray tank valves has a small leak. Not a major issue since I had planned and installed a last chance valve at the end of the stack. I do want it fixed, but that is the most major of the issues.
Other items on the list is one of my kitchen table lights will keep coming apart, first time I put it back together, but the lock nut backed out again and its hanging by its wires. I am not sure which way is on for the tank heaters, but I have never seen the lights come on even in 9F weather, so I am going to ask them to check operation and tell me which way is on. The fuses for the heating pads are good. I am going to have them check my dometic fridge out too, 99% of the time it works fine but every now and then I get an error when auto switching from 110v to LP, not an issue for you with a residential refer. The last item is one you should check right away. The 5th wheel decorative cover, mine sits too low and has already cracked in multiple spots as it gets hung up on the hitch.
Otherwise, went over the roof found no seal issues, though I will say if you already have a 5er, be aware, the Sanibel are taller, I already managed to bend my TV antenna arms when I got caught up in a tree in the same spot my old RV had zero clearance issues at 12'9 tall. I have the new arms, but the weather has not cooperated with my motivation, it will get fixed by spring as they are only slightly bent and all my fault.
This is the list so far after taking delivery in October and using it through Thanksgiving and then a 2 week trip to FL which I just returned.
I may have them take a look at the 6 point leveling system. Every now and then when it hit the key sequence to return to the hitch/unhitch level it will tell me feature disabled. It could be something I am doing or something I am not doing. It is not consistently an issue so I cannot say its a system issue and not an operator error.
