Super New TT Guy

Good day all,
My wife and I just bought our first TT last week a 2004 Surveyor Hybrid and we love it. We took it on our first trip last weekend and everything is all good. We parked it in my brothers front yard near the beach.
I am a glorified teacher and we are looking forward to making lasting memories on our kids lives throughout the upcoming years. I like the forums here and have received a lot of help thus far.

Have a great day!!!!

Aarons,
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new TT.

What is a "glorified teacher"? All teachers are a special breed of people. My wife taught high school English for 28 years...as far as I'm concerned, anybody who can do that and remain (relatively) sane and normal ought to be nominated for sainthood.

Mike

Welcome to the FR forums! RVing can be habit forming but lots of fun. Is Rocklin in northern CA?

Welcome to FRF and being a rare California Hybrid owner.

not many of us around but it seems that our kind of RV is beginning to finally catch on.
be sure to check the Surveyor Hybrid sub-forum, under the Expandable/Hybrid section here at FRF.

Rocklin is just NE of Sacramento, on I80.

Thanks for the nice comments.
Mike- When I say Glorified teacher. I meant to imply that I am at a school where I truly am appreciated by the students and the parents as well. I can honestly say that I look forward to my work.

Terrier- we are already planning our next trip

Thanks for the info...bikendan

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your 2004 Surveyor Hybrid.

Have camped and travelled across country, in all kinds of weather, in a Rockwood Roo 23SS for many years. Enjoy the room offered by the hybrid's without the added length associated with TT's.

I can relate. Retired after 36 years teaching at the same Middle School and loved every day of it. Kids were always cooperative and polite, parents were always supportive. Ya don't hear about too many situations like we have/had. I still go back and 'sub'.
