Taking the Deep Dive.....

Hello All!

I grew up traveling in a 40 ft trailer and my wife/kids like to go tent camping. Needless to say, tent camping is no longer for me, so.....

Just jumped off the cliff and bought a new popup last week after having a great test run in a friends last month.

So, we had it up for 3 days in front of the house while we organized everything we wanted to take on our first trip when it rained for a few hours and of course we had small water trickles inside it......

Apparently the threads/stitching didn't close properly...

As of now, Corporate Rep returned phone call and email within 12 hours and dealer was also responsive as I took it back the next day.

Here is to a positive outlook and hoping what they say will happen really does. We are hoping to get it back in tip top shape in the next few days so we can do our first family trip for fathers day weekend.

Happy Camping!

I think it's common to have small water leaks in the seams of canvas. I experienced it in 2 hardtops I owned and a hybrid. After a couple of good soakings, the seams will plim up and you will not have anymore leaks, we hope. :-)

When we had our pop we used to use 302 fabric guard on it!

We never got water inside!

Enjoy life with your family and may you make some great memories !
