We are full time Canadian RV'ers for 2yrs now.. we own a 2011 Brookstone 354ts 5 wheel.. It has been very user friendly, only had a couple of minor problems.. the auto level jacks, which Lippert repaired and serviced for no charge at there tech center in Indiana, on our way back to Canada last year... And the other was the bedroom slide which they also repaired for no charge..... And the coach man tech support have been very helpful..
